In order to strengthen the population's reproductive health, protect maternal and child health, and create an effective system for managing medical institutions, Presidential Decree No. 296 of September 8, 2023 "On measures to protect maternal and child health, strengthen the population's reproductive health" established 14 regional branches of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Maternal and Child Health across the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions, and the city of Tashkent, based on territorial perinatal centers, population reproductive health centers, and maternal and child screening centers.
The coordination of the Center's regional branches is carried out by the Branch Relations Department, headed by Deputy Director for Branch Affairs B.K.
